Mr. Mazzone is an Associate in the Advanced Planning and
Family Office Practice Group at Handler Thayer, LLP. His background in tax law, accounting and
finance enables him to focus his practice on Federal, State & International
Taxation and Financial & Estate Planning.
He concentrates his tax practice on tax planning, tax
preparation and tax representation attributable to income, estate, gift, excise
and franchise tax, treaty analysis, state tax comparisons, and sales and use
taxes. His financial and estate planning
services include structuring and implementing comprehensive estate plans, and
handling pre-marital planning, asset protection planning and financial
planning.
